The staff were super friendly, both at check in and the next day at breakfast and check out. We even got cookies at check in (nice little treat when traveling with little ones!!). Breakfast was very decent for the price of the room and the room was cleaner than some other more expensive rooms I stayed at during my trip. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm back in Dover.

I was impressed with the staff as I left something in the room and the housekeeping returned it to the front office and then the staff worked with me to FedEx my item back to me. That's customer service! TY

What a comfortable Suite! I loved the simplicity of design and the extensive facilities. The bed was so comfortable everything was spic and span clean and to have a sink, microwave, and refrigerator made my stay so pleasant!

The staff was great. We stayed for 5 nights and used the room to sleep and relax a little in the evening. I liked the fact that I could limit the amount of time that housekeeping came in. I was offered that option at check in, and I think it is very environmentally sensitive. I will stay here again when I return to this location. It is right near a Starbucks, you can walk over if you need too!

The pancake machine was a new one for me. Hadn't had pancakes in years; had to try out the machine; the resulting pancake was quite tasty, and much neater than the usual waffle machines. I wish you had a protein source like peanut butter.

The spa tub was amazing, for the price the room far exceeded the expectations we had for our anniversary weekend. While the staff did forget a shower curtain in our room they quickly rectified the situation and were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be coming back.
